Adjusted shipping times
You are used to our orders being shipped the same day, but for the next few weeks we will be in Greece to gather new inspiration and look for some beautiful, unique products for our webshop ✨
Therefore, from Monday, April 20 to May 15, orders will only be shipped on Mondays.

Delivery and delivery time
Regular shipping times: We aim to pack orders placed before 12:00 PM daily and ship them via parcel post. We use the PostNL parcel service, which in most cases delivers the package the next working day. This means that it takes a total of 1 to 2 working days for the olive oil to be delivered once an order has been placed.

Return
You may always return your oil within 14 days and receive a no-questions-asked refund. Please let us know first via kalamatakarma@gmail.com. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
The tins must be returned in packaging suitable for transport. Any free goods included with the original shipment must also be returned. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
