We personally seek out small-scale olive oil farms where passion and craftsmanship take center stage. The products in our webshop come exclusively from farmers we have met personally.
It starts with the first contact, but it doesn't stop there. We visit the olive groves, see the trees, and follow the entire process. From the harvest to filling the tins. This way, we are certain that the oil is not only delicious but is also produced in a fair and responsible manner.
With our olive oil, you not only taste the pure flavor of craftsmanship, but you also support the small farmers who work with love and care.
Many local olive oil farmers are underpaid for their hard work. Major brands often buy up their high-quality oil for scandalously low prices. Farmers regularly tell us that their carefully produced oil is used to boost the quality of inferior blends.
We want to do this differently!
We believe in karma and appreciate craftsmanship. That is why we do not just pay the dictated market price per liter, but give the farmer his asking price. In this way, we support the farmers directly and contribute to a sustainable future for small-scale olive oil production.

In many Greek villages, olive oil production forms the backbone of the community. Small farmers are not only producers but also connecting links within their village. Farm work brings families and neighbors together during the olive harvest, an activity often accompanied by traditions, stories, and celebrations. Moreover, the farm provides employment and keeps young people in the region, preventing depopulation.
In addition, the olive and olive oil harvest provides the much-needed annual financial supplement for the hundreds of small family businesses.

Supporting small-scale olive oil production not only offers a unique product but also contributes to a healthier planet. The olive groves we visit are an example of harmony between man and nature. Here, the trees grow in their natural environment, surrounded by native vegetation such as herbs and shrubs (for example, wild thyme, rosemary, lavender, wild oregano, mastic, cistus, and the carob tree) that contribute to rich biodiversity.
What also makes these orchards special is the use of natural spring water from the surrounding area to water the trees. Thanks to this sustainable approach, chemical pesticides are completely unnecessary. The result? Healthy olives of the highest quality, pure and full of flavor.
