WHAT'S IN YOUR POT

Pure honey from East Mani
100% natural honey · unprocessed

Unprocessed and unheated, so that aromas, enzymes, and minerals are preserved

MOUNTAIN HONEY
Harvested in August in the rugged landscape of Central-East Mani. The bees collect nectar and honeydew from pines and wild mountain herbs such as oregano, mountain tea, thyme, and sage.

A dark, spicy honey with a warm, full flavor and a long finish . Less sweet than floral honey, but intense and layered.

Flavor profile: spicy · full · warm
Ideal with: yogurt, cheese, tea or plain

THYME HONEY
Lighter in color and with a pronounced aroma. During the flowering of wild thyme, bees collect nectar that produces an aromatic, floral, and slightly spicy honey. Elegant, refined , and typically Mediterranean, with a gentle sweetness and a characterful flavor.

Flavor profile : floral · refined · aromatic
Ideal with: breakfast, desserts, and soft cheeses

Both types of honey reflect their origin: pure, authentic, and with respect for nature and the bee. No processing, only time, tradition, and craftsmanship.

WHERE DOES THE HONEY COME FROM

Beekeeper Angelos Georgikeas

Meet Angelos Georgikeas from East Mani. Originally trained as an economist and having worked for years in a hectic office environment, he decided to change course a few years ago. Less noise, more meaning. Angelos left office life behind and returned to the rhythm of the country to support his parents.

Together they maintain their olive groves, and he cares for their bees with dedication. In the midst of the rugged landscape of East Mani, surrounded by pine forests, mountain herbs, and steep rock formations, stand his beehives, true jewels of nature. Here, the bees collect nectar that results in pure mountain honey and aromatic thyme honey, pure and rich in flavor.
